Medicine
- Styptic (stops bleeding).
- Pain killer/anaesthetic, sedative, antiseptic and anti-inflammatory.
- Used to treat burns, boils and sores, insect bites, earaches, eye strain, aching backs and legs, colds and fevers, diarrhea, urinary tract infections.
